The recommended dose is one 20 mg strip, taken prior to anticipated sexual activity. The strip should be placed on the tongue and allowed to dissolve completely; swallowing is not required. Missed dose

Overdose

In cases of suspected overdose, standard supportive measures should be adopted. Given that tadalafil is highly protein-bound, it is not expected to be dialyzable.
